Wriddhiman Saha travelled with the Indian team to Australia despite injuring his hamstring at the back end of the IPL.
The first Australia vs India ODI match will be played at the Sydney Cricket Ground in Sydney. Someone like Saha is doing his rehab and we are aware of his progress and he is on the right path to be available in time to play the Test series.

The Virat Kohli-led side will be without the services of Rohit Sharma as the right-handed batsman is now at the National Cricket Academy (NCA) to gain his full fitness. Rohit's participation however, still hangs in the balance as he continues his rehabilitation at the NCA and will next be assessed on December 11, following which the board will have clarity on his chances of making it to Australia.

"My batting position will depend on the format I am playing and what the team wants from me and what combination sits better, the last ODI series we played, I batted at number five and I kept the wickets so yeah, it is a role that I enjoyed and I am happy to play whatever role the team gives me", said Rahul in a virtual press-conference on Thursday.
