Kuo had a few months back revealed that Apple has six mini-LED products in its pipeline planned to launch through the end of 2021.
Apple iPad with Mini-LED display could launch its first as well as the AirPods 3 true wireless earphones in the first half of 2021, according to the latest research note by highly-regarded analyst Ming-Chi Kuo of TFI Securities.More news: CA Gov. MacRumours has reportedly gotten a letter sent by Kuo to investors that hints at the fact that Apple will be working with a Taiwanese company called Career Technology which is expected to be a "key partner in the supply chain for Apple's products in 2021".
The report adds that mini-LED technology makes use of 1,000 to 10,000 individual LEDs that are an upgrade from the traditional LED-backlit displays.More news: Jason Momoa Finds Yoga the 'Hardest Thing' He Has Ever Tried
If you're not familiar with mini-LED, it's a display technology that brings most of the advantages of OLED displays, such as crisper colours, better contrast, and deeper blacks, at a price cheaper than OLEDs.
Speaking of new battery, Ming Chi-Kuo also reports that the upcoming iPhone 13 will have the same type of battery. The new true wireless earphones are created to be different from the Apple AirPods 2, with adjustable heads and a shorter stem, as is the AirPods Pro. With features like active noise cancellation, on-board controls and silicon ear tips, they're powerful and a comfortable fit for most people. Thanks to a recent update, the AirPods Pro now support spatial audio and quick switching between devices, making it easier for owners of more than one Apple product to easily change sources.More news: Coronavirus: Donald Trump Jr tests positive for Covid-19
