Meanwhile, Honor Watch ES features a 1.64-inch AMOLED display, 95 workout modes and 12 animated workout courses with specific scenarios such as fat burn, abs workout and fitness tracking capabilities.
With the effects of the USA entity list continually weighing on Huawei (and by association Honor) it makes sense that the company's IFA announcements this year were light on phones, with Honor instead choosing to offer new wearables in the form of the Watch ES and GS Pro, in order to appeal to a wider audience. Color options include Black, White, and Camouflage Blue.
The Honor Watch GS Pro has a round face and a rugged appearance, and is created to withstand hard environments - including not having access to a charger for weeks on end. This smartwatch comes with Kirin A1 SoC chipset. With the Global Positioning System receiver turned on, the watch can still offer an impressive 2 days of battery life.More news: PA House Passes Election Reform For Mail-In Ballots; Heads To Senate
For health tracking, it has a heart rate monitor, all night sleep tracking and a SpO2 monitor to check blood oxygen levels.
The smartwatch can track and control daily activities, including step count, calories burned, and more. The device can also automatically detect and record your workout with voice broadcasts in real time. The device is also water resistant up to 50 meters. The watch will also apparently come with a number of sports modes, including running, swimming, cycling, hiking, golfing, skiing, fitness, gymnastics and tennis.
If you're someone who goes outdoors a lot on hikes, walks, and runs, then you might need something more suited to those needs, and Honor's got you covered with the Honor Watch GS Pro.More news: Darren Bent thinks David Moyes didn’t oppose controversial West Ham decision
The most obvious trait of the Watch ES is its 1.67in portrait rectangular AMOLED display. It has a stainless-steel bezel ring and dial and passes 14 different MIL-STD-810G tests.
The Watch ES has six different Always-on display watch faces. The smartwatch claims to offer 10 days of battery backup on a single charge and it also comes with quick charge support. You'll get 100 hours in "outdoor workout mode" and the battery takes just two hours to charge. Many workouts can offer animations to show you how to squat or do other exercises.
The HONOR Watch ES can monitor your sleep, thanks to Huawei TruSleep 2.0. It also comes with a 5ATM water resistance rating.More news: Dustin Johnson holds 1-shot lead over Sungjae Im at Tour Championship
