Hygiene marshals will be required at NSW gyms from Saturday to ensure equipment is cleaned, hand sanitiser is available and social distancing is maintained, while gyms will need to register a COVID-safe plan. They remain in isolation.

NSW has diagnosed 21 new cases of COVID-19 overnight while Victoria has recorded 627 more cases and another eight people have died. One new case was also linked to The Apollo; a nearby eatery.
It said two were linked to the funeral gatherings cluster in south-west Sydney, four were linked to the Thai Rock cluster in Wetherill Park, and four were associated with the The Apollo restaurant in Potts Point.
There are 19 cases associated with the Potts Point cluster.

Harris Farm Market in Leichhardt and Darlo Bar in Darlinghurst also on Friday confirmed they were frequented on July 26 by COVID-positive people and have undergone deep cleaning.
Both restaurants and the Cruising Yacht Club of Australia in Rushcutters Bay were closed for cleaning.
A number of other restaurants in the eastern Sydney suburb have voluntarily shut down as a precaution.
Anyone who attended the club during Wednesday July 22 from 7pm to midnight; Thursday July 23 from midnight to 3am and 8.30pm to midnight; Friday July 24 from midnight to 3am, 11am to 3:30pm and 7pm to midnight; and Saturday July 25 from midnight to 3am; must isolate.
