Giuffre was pictured alongside the royal in Maxwell's London townhouse in 2001, hours after she claims she first met Andrew in Tramp nightclub in Mayfair.
They show correspondence between the pair in 2015, despite Maxwell's lawyers claiming earlier this month that she had no contact with Epstein in more than a decade.
Giuffre described her time on the island as, "My whole life revolved around just pleasing these men and keeping Ghislaine and Jeffrey happy".
She said the women "still maintain a significant privacy interest that must be safeguarded". Otherwise, prosecutors said, the women may be harassed or intimidated and become reluctant to cooperate with the government.
A NY judge has unsealed 2,000 documents from a 2015 civil lawsuit filed against Ghislaine Maxwell, the British socialite who is accused of luring girls to be sexually abused by convicted predator and sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein.
The emails were among dozens of documents unsealed late Thursday relating to a defamation lawsuit filed by Epstein accuser Virginia Giuffre against Maxwell in 2015. She said the couple subsequently pressured her into having sex with numerous rich or notable men, including the Duke of York, US politicians, wealthy entrepreneurs, a famous scientist and fashion designer.More news: Vietnam reports first virus death after months of successful countermeasures
She pleaded not guilty to those charges and denies the allegations.
Ms Giuffre, who is also known as Virginia Roberts, also alleges she had sex with a mystery "prince" - a man whose name she did not know, according to the unsealed documents. It said she had been the target of "false allegations of impropriety and offensive behaviour that I abhor and have never ever been party to".
"You have done nothing wrong and I would urge you to start acting like it", Epstein wrote on January 25, 2015, as more allegations of sexual abuse against him surfaced. He suggested she go outside and hold her head high, "not as an (escaping) convict".
Maxwell has pleaded to not guilty to multiple charges of sex trafficking involving minors and is set to appear in court next July.
The British socialite was arrested on July 2 at a home in New Hampshire where prosecutors said she had been hiding out.

Others were allegedly a part of Epstein's group included United Kingdom royal Prince Andrew, former Vice President Al Gore, former New Mexico Governor Bill Richardson and Epstein's former defense attorney Alan Dershowitz.
They include an April 2016 deposition related to Maxwell's sexual relationship with Epstein.
Two documents that were not released as scheduled Thursday were depositions Maxwell gave in the civil lawsuit in 2016.
Judge Loretta Preska denied Maxwell's request to block unsealing the documents, and responded to Maxwell's attorney's request to stop the documents' release with, "The court is troubled - but not surprised - that Ms. Maxwell has yet again sought to muddy the waters as the clock ticks closer to midnight".
