National Basketball Association star Lou Williams has been forced to undergo 10 days of quarantine and will miss two games after after improperly extending a family emergency leave.
Due to his 10-day quarantine, Williams will miss the Clippers' third and final scrimmage against the Sacramento Kings (Monday), then seeding games against the Los Angeles Lakers (Thursday) and New Orleans Pelicans (Saturday).
Williams was granted permission to leave the NBA's restart bubble in Orlando to attend a memorial service for a family member, something he did.More news: Mars Rover Perseverance Launch Continues Innovative Era of Public-Private Partnership
On Sunday ESPN reported that Williams has been interviewed by National Basketball Association security and told them that he went to the Magic City gentlemen's club. Magic City bills itself as the "premier Atlanta strip club" and is a fully nude adult entertainment venue.
This will make Williams the first player to miss an National Basketball Association game because of the quarantine.
Williams tweeted a photo of Paul Williams on Friday, along with the caption: 'Long Live Pops'.
On his official Twitter account, he tweeted Saturday: "Ask one of my teammates what my favorite restaurant is in Atlanta".More news: Courteney Cox Will Reprise Her Role As Gale Weathers In 'Scream 5'
