The Caldwell County Health Department reported 11 new cases of COVID-19 Monday, increasing the total number of infections to 410, with four deaths. Chickasaw County has dropped from 7 to 6 active cases. Allamakee County has dropped from 29 to 4 active cases.
All COVID-19 tests and masks are free to the public, regardless of county of residency.

Riley Co. says results will be shared when available and any patients transported by EMS staff that later tested positive will be contacted by the Health Department.
"Today we continue to show a continued downward trend line in positive cases reported", health Director Bruce Robistow said in his afternoon update. All are in managed isolation or quarantine facilities, with one remaining in hospital in a stable condition.
"We have had 142 people who will not be tested because of reasons such as being a child, being part of repositioning crew, now being overseas or they are refusing a test. 84 people have refused testing", it said.
