Despite injury problems, midfielders Mount and Barkley were on Thursday named in Gareth Southgate's England squad for Euro 2020 qualifiers against Montenegro and Kosovo.
Breakout starlet Mason Mount was taken off during their Champions League match vs Ajax earlier this week with what looked like a serious ankle injury.
Lampard reports that Ross Barkley is not in the squad for tomorrow due to an ongoing issue.
Lampard said. "It's a conversation that I'll have with Gareth or [England assistant boss] Steve [Holland], and with Ross, to see how it pans out for him over the next 10 days".

Kurt Zouma and Fikayo Tomori played in defence for the game against Ajax as well as Watford.
The 41-year-old has impressed during his first steps into coaching, having taken Derby to the Championship play-off final last season, and he was named the Premier League's Manager of the Month for October on Friday.
"I am not sure on that one, he won't be in our squad".
Lampard is "proud" to see his youngsters receiving global recognition following fine starts to the campaign.
