Kevin Hart has released his first statement since a auto crash at the top of September left him in need of major back surgery and hospitalized. According to the CHP's investigators, further evidence collected from the Plymouth indicated no one had been wearing a seat belt.
Last month, it was reported that Hart was partaking in intense physical therapy in a facility to recover from his injuries and surgeries.
If seat belts were worn at the time of the crash, "They were being worn improperly due to excessive slack in the belts", officials wrote.

The "Get Hard" star - who also has Heaven, 14, and Hendrix, 11, with his ex-wife Torrei Hart - bought the auto back in July as a 40th birthday gift to himself.
Kevin Hart says he's expected to get back to work early next year after details of his September 1 vehicle accident were revealed. "While he's doing a little work here and there for the film, he doesn't expect to be fully back to work until the new year", the attorney said.
Soon after news broke that Hart had been rushed to Northridge Hospital Medical Center with major injuries, Hollywood sent its love and well wishes to him via social media. Broxterman, 31, had less serious injuries.
The report reiterated that Black was not under the influence of alcohol or drugs. It said he violated the law, but it didn't say whether he would face charges. First and foremost, the accident report has determined the cause of the crash was human error and not some sort of malfunction.
Hart's forgiveness is admirable, seeing as the California Highway Patrol places the blame exclusively on Jared.
Hart has been off the scene since the accident.

And hours before the crash, he wrote that he was happy to be home.
