The District of Columbia, Alaska and Nevada have cut travel the most, according to the data.
Cuyahoga County decreased distance traveled by 45%, while surrounding counties Geauga (52%), Lake (41%) and Summit (48%) are also receiving "A" grades. As they explain, "While much is still unknown about COVID-19, it's clear social distancing is widely agreed to be an effective way of slowing the spread". A technology company has crunched the numbers and says Winneshiek County is the highest in Iowa in terms of negative change of cell phone mobility since the COVID-19 outbreak began. The state's first two cases were confirmed on March 10.

Both Bexar Country and the entire Lone Star State earned "A" ratings from Unacast, meaning they're among the top areas in the country in reducing travel since the outbreak hit the USA on February 28. Boone and Lee Counties both received a "C" for a 29 and 33% drop in distance traveled. The county saw a 31% change in the average distance traveled by residents, according to Unacast's data.
"In addition to the data provided by our Partners, we receive data through our software development kit ('SDK') included in Apps of some of our Partners", explains Unacast's privacy statement. Four new cases were reported in San Juan County, bringing the county's total to seven.
