While a few media reports suggest that Redmi K30 may be available in 6GB, 8GB, and 12GB RAM options along with 64GB, 128GB, and 256GB of internal storage, these options are speculative and prone to change. The Redmi K30 includes Gorilla Glass 5 protection on the front and back just as predecessor Redmi K20.
Xiaomi has also confirmed that there will be a 4G variant as well, but it might be powered by Snapdragon 730G for countries like India, where 5G roll-out is nowhere to be seen. However, you will have to shell out 1699 yuan (Rs. 17,125) for the 6GB+128GB variant, 1899 yuan (Rs. 19,125) for the 8GB+128GB variant, and 2199 yuan (Rs. 22,125) for the 8GB+256GB variant. Considering that Xiaomi launched Redmi K20 in India, the Chinese smartphone maker is likely to launch the Redmi K30 in India soon. It is also being expected that the Redmi K30 will come with a 120 Hz display. The handset features an in-display fingerprint sensor.

Redmi K30 is expected to feature a 6.67-inch display that might sport a dual-selfie camera punch-hole cutout on the top right corner. The phone comes with USB Type C support and also includes a 3.5mm headphone jack. The Redmi K30 comes in four colours: White, Blue, Red and Purple. The Redmi K20 came with a 6.39-inch notchless, bezelless AMOLED display, but it was 60Hz.
There is also a 4G version of the new Redmi phone.
Redmi K30 5G with 6GB + 64GB memory is priced at Yuan 1,999 (roughly Rs 20,000), whereas the 6GB + 128GB storage model would be available for Yuan 2,299 (roughly Rs 23,000). The latest Redmi device comes with 6GB RAM/8GB/12GB RAM options and 64GB/128GB/256GB models. Alongside this high resolution camera, you've got an 8MP f/2.2 aperture ultra wide camera, a 2MP macro camera and a 2MP depth sensor. The primary sensor is assisted by a 2-megapixel camera, a 5-megapixel sensor, and an 8-megapixel camera. The phone includes quad cameras on the rear panel and dual image sensors on the front.
Looking at the features, especially camera-wise, it is a significant upgrade from its current version, Redmi K20. The main camera on the back is a 48-megapixel shooter with f/1.8 aperture. "It has a 1/1.7" sensor size and uses the same pixel binning technology to take 16MP 1.6µm size images. The mid-range phone also comes with a large 4,500mAh battery with 30W fast charging, side-mounted fingerprint sensor, and runs on Android 10-based MIUI 11 out of the box.
