Le Creuset recently took our kitchens to a galaxy far, far, away with a collection of cookware.

Williams Sonoma, which is apparently the real name of a real U.S. kitchen and home retailer I'm only hearing about now, has launched five special-edition Instant Pots created to look like different Star Wars characters, including R2-D2, BB-8, Chewbacca, Darth Vader and a Stormtrooper.

Starting at &79.95, the smallest one of the bunch is the BB-8 Instant Pot Duo Mini is a 3-quart pressure cooker with the astromech's signature orange, grey, and white color scheme. It is also the smallest of the five.

If the Ultra isn't the model you prefer, the Duo Nova (6-quart) is listed at $65, an $18 saving. I love my Instant Pot. The Chewbacca pot is an eight-quart machine and is retailed at US$119.95.

The Star Wars Instant Pots are now available for pre-order exclusively on Williams Sonoma's website, which also includes an array of other Star Wars-themed kitchen items. Apparels, shoes, LEGO sets and hopefully so much more. If you've been thinking about investing in one, then this Black Friday is the ideal time as Walmart has the best-selling Duo cooker at less than half price.

Don't judge a book by its cover, for behind all this makeup, is a geek just like you. The companies that have unveiled the first fruits of their partnerships as of today seem to make Star Wars enthusiasts quite happy.
