Those counts, unveiled in late May in an indictment by a Cook County grand jury, involve alleged abuse of a victim between the ages of 13 and 16.
Inside the court room, prosecutors handed over a DVD allegedly showing Kelly having sex with an underage female.

The arrest comes months after Kelly was charged with 11 additional counts of sexual abuse in May.
Kelly could face up to 30 years in prison if convicted on those charges.
Kelly has denied the allegations. He pleaded not guilty to those charges. Greenberg added, "If you didn't do it, then you didn't do it", and said, "I think he's feeling positive".
