Liftoff is scheduled for Thursday evening from Cape Canaveral, Florida.
As indicated by an Air Force declaration, the launch is "among the most challenging launches in SpaceX history, with four separate upper-stage engine burns, three separate deployment orbits, and a final propulsive passivation maneuver during a total mission duration of over six hours".

Musk said he expects launch services revenue to top out around $3 billion per year, making Starlink key to generating the cash that privately held SpaceX needs to fund Musk's larger dream of developing a new craft capable of flying paying customers to the moon and eventually trying to colonize Mars.
At least 12 launches carrying similar payloads are needed to achieve constant internet coverage of most of the world, Musk said.
Getting the full constellation up and running will likely cost billions of dollars, and Musk has conceded that such efforts have bankrupted others, like the satellite operator Iridium. SpaceX's plan for roughly 12,000 satellites far exceeds the 1,957 satellites orbiting the Earth now, according to a tally by the Union of Concerned Scientists. He added that SpaceX's latest funding round attracted "more interest than we were seeking".
Right now, internet is mostly delivered via wireless cell towers or cables routed to your home or office. There are options for satellite-based internet, but those services are notoriously slow, expensive or unreliable.
Nicholas Johnson, the chief scientist for Orbital Debris, said: "Any of these debris has the potential for seriously disrupting or terminating the mission of operational spacecraft in low Earth orbit".More news: Cardinals CB Patrick Peterson Suspended 6 Games For 2019 Season
SpaceX is one of several companies that wants to overhaul internet delivery. Fundamentally, when enough satellites are in orbit, they connect to ground terminals on Earth that are generally the measure of a pizza box.
SpaceX has competition from other heavily funded companies. The rural areas will be benefitted more by this satellite launch.
Musk said that the North American Aerospace Defense Command tracks all objects in orbit, and SpaceX uploads that database to the satellites, which use the data to avoid collisions by firing mini-thrusters powered by the chemical element krypton.
