Several alleged co-conspirators are identified in the indictment, which contains details of acts of possession and distribution of controlled substances.
A detention hearing for Barba is set for Thursday in US District Court in Norfolk. Stennett is accused of having used three different social security numbers and three dates of birth.
The indictment cited by the Virginian-Pilot indicates that on one occasion Isaac delivered over 2 pounds of heroin and almost 10 pounds of cocaine to an unidentified co-conspirator to distribute. The group allegedly stored the drugs in a Norfolk apartment, and the documents list several drug deals occurring in late 2018. Later that month, Stennett delivered about 7 kilos of cocaine to a conspirator. Because of that, she was hit with a felony charge and is now being held without bail.More news: Marco Asensio hands real Real Madrid victory over Ajax after VAR reprieve
