Sheriff's deputies discovered four malnourished children, including two locked inside a dog cage, when they responded to a domestic disturbance at a Northeast Texas home.
Wise County deputies were sent to the home at around 7:20 a.m. Tuesday off County Road 4930 in response to a domestic violence call, Dallas are media reported.
Shockingly, two of the oldest children were being kept in a dog kennel that was just three square feet in size, the Wise County Messenger report, and the other two were filthy and only partially clothed.

Akin said Harkings is the biological mother of all four children, and Fabila is the biological father of one child.
Andrew Joseph Fabila and Paige Isabow Harkings are each charged with four counts of criminal child endangerment.

They were all transported to Cook Children's Hospital in Fort Worth for evaluation and the 24-year-old male was also taken to the hospital for the wounds on his face. Deputies fed the kids and gave them water before taking them to the hospital, according to the sheriff's office.
She claimed that she and her 12 siblings were being held against their will by their parents, would often leave them shackled and taunt them with food.
Neighbors told KXAS they noticed the couple begin to use the building a couple of weeks earlier, but had no idea that there were children living inside. Fabila had cuts to his face.
