Olivia Colman and 'The Favourite' rule at the BAFTAs

"She doesn't take herself too seriously and she enjoys what she's doing", Greek director Yorgos Lanthimos said after winning the Bafta for outstanding British film.
Olivia Colman holds the award for leading actress for her performance in The Favourite.
Colman thanked her co-stars Weisz and Emma Stone while accepting the award at London's Royal Albert Hall on Sunday evening, United Kingdom time.
"I'm surprised it did so well at the Klan Film Festival".
LONDON: Netflix production "Roma", a cinematic love letter to director Alfonso Cuaron´s childhood in Mexico City, triumphed at the Bafta film awards on Sunday, boosting its Oscar hopes.

On Sunday, the critically-acclaimed movie had four wins, including Cinematography and Film Not In The English Language.
Hollywood's best and brightest are once again making the trip across the pond for this year's annual BAFTA Awards in London.

Addressing the other winners from The Favourite, Olivia continued: "We are having an wonderful night aren't we?"

Colman said. "We're going to get so pissed (drunk) later".
"This isn't for the lead it's for 'a' lead and as far as I'm concerned all three of us are the same and should be the lead and it's weird that we can't do that. It's got my name on it, but we can scratch in some other names".
Nominated in the leading actor category are Christian Bale for "Vice", Steve Coogan for "Stan & Ollie", Rami Malek for "Bohemian Rhapsody", Viggo Mortensen for "Green Book" and Bradley Cooper for "A Star Is Born".
BlackKklansman won the prize for Best Adapted Screenplay and Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse scored the Best Animated Film trophy. He paid tribute to his co-star, Lady Gaga, who was attending the Grammys in LA, which were taking place on the same night.
