Diana Ross Celebrates 75th Birthday With Family and on Grammy Stage

Predictably, it was unbelievable!

Before launching into her hit 1970 single "Reach Out And Touch (Somebody's Hand)", Ross told everyone she was celebrating her 75th birthday.

Her Life, Love and Legacy includes never before seen footage and an exclusive-to-cinema introduction from her family and friends including daughter Tracee Ellis Ross.

But the audience on Sunday night was then treated to an nearly embarrassingly over-the-top and self-involved celebration of the singer as she sang some of her biggest hits. To celebrate, the legendary Supremes singer returned to the stage at the 2019 Grammys, where she was adorably introduced by her grandson Raif-Henok Emmanuel Kendrick.

Hosted by Alicia Keys, Sunday's Grammys also boasted buzzy performances from the likes of Camila Cabello, Cardi B, Chloe x Halle, Kacey Musgraves, Katy Perry, Lady Gaga and Miley Cyrus, Post Malone and the Red Hot Chili Peppers. The suited and booted child said, "Did she say "little guy"?" "I'm nearly 4-foot-9!"

"We express our pain, power, and progress through music whether we're creating it or just appreciating it", she said. "There's only success ahead, and you can lead the way". "Learn, dream, unlock new doors". She recently kicked off the celebrations with a special birthday performance at the Grammy Awards.
