Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service said earlier roday that crews had brought the blaze under control, following it being declared a major incident last night.
Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service group manager Neil Cooper thanked colleagues, including those from brigades in Oxfordshire, Dorset and Wiltshire, Royal Berkshire and Hertfordshire, for the "commitment and professionalism in dealing with a complex operation in incredibly challenging circumstances".
Retailers served by the Walworth Business Park depot received an email from Booker informing them they would receive no deliveries on 7 February.

This comes after a risk of a toxic release or a large cylinder explosion was on the cards.
"We are working extremely closely with all of our partners to keep the public safe".
Ocado has apologised to those affected by a major fire at its Hampshire warehouse after nearby homes were evacuated amid a blaze firefighters are still tackling.

The company confirmed that no members of its team or the public have been injured. Four firefighters have been treated for minor smoke inhalation.
One local tweeted during the blaze: "Just streets away - the noise, heat, smell and light pouring from the Ocado warehouse is frighteningly real".
The full financial impact of the inferno is not yet known, but Ocado has increased capacity at its three other main United Kingdom sites in a bid to avoid disruption for customers.
Footage shot by the fire service showed the complex, which Ocado calls a customer fulfilment centre (CFC), completely destroyed. Its hi-tech robotic warehouse provides around 10% of Ocado's warehouse capacity, processing more than 30,000 orders a week.
