- The Charlotte woman who was reportedly caught on video harassing two African-American women in a viral video has turned herself in to police near the North Carolina coast.
On Oct. 30, police issued a misdemeanor warrant for misuse of the 911 system against Westwood, but officers were not originally able to find her. Police said she falsely claimed people near her home were trying to break into nearby residences.

A woman who was filmed lauching a racially-motivated attack on two women has now been fired from her job following the incident and now faces criminal charges.
The initial incident happened Friday, Oct. 19, according to Charlotte-Mecklenburg police.

Facebook Susan Westwood, 51, turned herself into the Sunset Beach Police Department on Saturday after being wanted on charges related to the October 19 incident. "Is your baby daddy here?" One of the women does live at the apartment complex.

But, Westwood continues to berate them, repeatedly asking, "Do you live here?" "They're trying to cause a problem", Westwood said. Th video shows Westwood appears to engage the other women without provocation, The Charlotte Observer previously reported. Since the video has gone public, Westwood's employer, Spectrum Cable, fired Westwood.
