Video of her outburst quickly went viral.
Teresa Klein told police that the boy "grabbed" her "a-s" at a Sahara Deli Market in Brooklyn, Pix11 reported.
Social media users have been blasting Klein online, saying the incident was racially motivated.
Speaking to the local media outlet, Klein still claims that she was sexually assaulted despite surveillance video that was released which does not appear to support her claims.

Klein told reporters that she has been threatened since the appearance of the video on Facebook - which had been viewed 5.6 million times by Saturday afternoon.
"As I walked up I noticed the argument, apparently the kid brushed up against her and she said he touched her and made a decision to call the police", the Facebook caption read. After exchanging heated words with the boy's mother, she whips out her phone and starts dialing.
Jason Littlejohn, who uploaded the video of Ms Klein outside the store to Facebook, reiterated to Pix11 how upset the two children were.
Surveillance footage from the bodega shows the child walking past Klein as the bag he was carrying slightly brushed up against her.

'She would call me up and tell me my son is smoking weed in the hallway. Children are crying in the background of the video as another woman, who appears to be their mother, tries to comfort them.
According to Klein, the young boy grabbed her. "It's not the first time I've been grabbed in the a** by a kid", claimed Klein. The little boy simply walked behind Klein and his backpack accidentally brushed her backside.
The woman identified as Teresa Klein, who is white, was being rung up at the front counter when the child, who is black, walked by.
"While I do not know the nine year boy personally, I can not go to sleep tonight without doing something for him", said Michael Skolnik who launched the campaign.
