One month later, Lace obtained a lawyer and demanded money for her alleged baby; however, Drake claims she refused to take a paternity test and she and her attorney disappeared. It's not possible to know from our vantage point who is telling the truth here, so instead let's just focus on something we can all factually agree on: It's very amusing to read Drake's text messages.
Drake has shockingly sued a woman who he claims made false rape allegations against him and faked a pregnancy after she allegedly created a "fantasy relationship" with him. Following the concert, he alleges that he and Layla had consensual sex in his hotel room.More news: Captain Marvel: Disney Releases Updated Official Synopsis
In April 2017, Lace shared a post accusing Drake of abandoning her after she became pregnant with his child.
"There is no credible evidence of pregnancy, nor any baby, which would have been born last Fall", Drake says in the lawsuit. The Toronto native claims she then demanded millions of dollars in exchange for silence. The suit then claims that Lace went to authorities in NY to accuse Drake of raping her, and that the case was referred to authorities in the United Kingdom who interviewed and ultimately cleared him.
Lace reportedly went on to accuse Drake of raping her during their one-night stand in a complaint filed in NY. "Layla also voluntarily and seemingly happily performed oral sex...", the document reads. The case was referred to Manchester police, who interviewed Drake and ultimately cleared him right away.More news: Limited Edition Ferrari Monza SP1 and SP2 Debut in Maranello
"Enough is enough", the lawsuit states, as reported by The Blast. According to Drake's lawsuit, Layla then threatened to post leaked text messages from Drake and shortly after, she appeared on a SiriusXM radio show and talked about how Drake allegedly got her pregnant. It would be easy for Drake to pay for silence.
When asked how Drake responded when told she was pregnant, Layla said: "'He was like, 'What's wrong?" Ironically, all of this messy drama has since led her to delete her account, which was essentially her bread and butter. "However, Drake does not want to take the easy way out".More news: Apple CarPlay now supports Google Maps
