Brooklyn has traded Jeremy Lin to the Hawks, league sources tell ESPN.

It is unclear what else the Nets will receive in return.

The Jeremy Lin era has ended in Brooklyn, and the Nets acquired a protected 2019 first-round pick from Denver on a blockbuster night.

ESPN first reported the deal, saying the Nets and Hawks would swap future second-round picks.

Now, Lin will have to find room in Atlanta, where point guard Dennis Schroder was the Hawks' leading scorer last season. The deal will also trade future second-round draft picks. The NBA's first American-born player of Chinese or Taiwanese descent has also played for Golden State, Houston, the Lakers and Charlotte.

As for the other deal, the Nuggets freed up $21 million in salary and potentially save $43 million in payroll and luxury tax next season, Wojnarowski reported. Both are entering the final years of their contract.

Arthur, 30, got in just 30 contests in 2017-18, making one start.

An eight-year veteran, Lin has career averages of 12.0 points, 4.5 assists and 2.9 rebounds.
