A nine-year-old English bulldog has died just weeks after winning the title of World's Ugliest Dog.
"I'm sad to share that Zsa Zsa passed away in her sleep last night", reads a message from her owner, Megan Brainard, a pet groomer in Minnesota.

Although her final weeks alive were spent traveling and making television appearances, Zsa Zsa spent over half her life in a puppy mill before she was rescued by a non-profit organisation and adopted by Ms Brainard.
Zsa Zsa won the 2018 World's Ugliest Dog contest, which takes place in the San Francisco Bay area, a little more than a week ago before she crossed the rainbow bridge.
"I'm in shock still", Brainard told CNN sister network HLN.More news: Real Madrid and Juventus agree £105m Cristiano Ronaldo deal
Zsa Zsa - with her floppy tongue, crooked teeth and pink manicure - won the annual contest on June 23 at the Sonoma-Marin Fairgrounds in Petaluma, California.
Luckily the dog was given a proper farewell, with Brainard sharing that she, her husband and their 15-month-old daughter said their goodbyes earlier today. "It's probably going to be the same with her passing". "It was sweet. She was waving at her", Brainard shared with TODAY.
