GasBuddy's daily survey of gas outlets in New Hampshire and ME found that average retail gasoline prices in the state have risen half a penny cents in the past week, to an average of $2.74 per gallon in New Hampshire and $2.81 in Maine.
The average price of a gallon of regular gasoline in New Jersey is $2.89 today, unchanged from last week, but 20 cents higher than a month ago and 50 cents high than May 7, 2017.

From 2017 to 2018, some USA states have witnessed an increase of almost 70 cents at gas stations.
Gas in Ann Arbor has dropped four cents per gallon making the average $2.91/g. Barring unforeseen circumstances, AAA predicts that gas prices could rise by 5 to 10 cents as part of the process leading up to Memorial Day travel.
MA residents are paying more at the pump in 2018 as gas prices continue to rise.
