Amid outrage over brutal rape and murder of an eight-year-old girl in Kathua, Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti has written to the chief justice of the Jammu and Kashmir High Court, requesting setting up of a special fast track court to finish the trial in 90 days.
"We will discuss the agenda of meeting after the meeting", Kaul said.
"There may be a change of portfolio of one minister who has also been playing the communal card to keep the Jammu region on boil over the arrest of culprits in Kathua case", sources said.

Following the concerns on global level over Kathua incident and CM Mehbooba's threatening communication to break alliance, the right-wing party Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Jammu based cabinet ministers were forced to tender resignations, a party source in New Delhi told Kashmir News Bureau.
On Monday, lawyers in Kathua had tried to prevent the Crime Branch from filing the charge sheet in the case.
After a marathon meeting of party's legislator here, senior PDP leader and Public Works Minister Naeem Akhtar told reporters that the party hopes for the same kind of support from the country on other issues in the state.

To a question that the two ministers had participated in the rally in support of the accused in the rape case where the national tricolour was being waved, Madhav said, "That is why they had to resign".
"We will never ever let another child suffer in this way".
