We don't wish to alarm you, but someone could be using WhatsApp to spy on you. Now, the company is testing a feature that lets you notify your contacts about change of your number. A new creepy app named "Chatwatch" is using WhatsApp's online or offline status feature to tell users how often their friends check the micro-blogging platform and also estimate when they go to bed every day - potentially making it an invasive app. After that, tap the Next button from the top-right corner, enter your old and new phone numbers, tap the Next button again, and then enable the Notify my contacts option. You will be able to choose specific contacts to notify, and the chat history will be moved in the new chat on the recipients' phone. "You can also choose to notify contacts who you have a chat with", the report said.
That being said, according to WABetaInfo, this option is now only available to those who are using beta version 2.18.97 of WhatsApp for Android. Those who are on iOS and Windows Phone will have to wait.More news: USA Financial Portformulas Corp Invests $485000 in Copart, Inc
