Xbox is celebrating the upcoming launch of pirate game Sea of Thieves by giving wannabe treasure hunters the chance to win a set of golden bananas worth more than £20,000 each. The event is going to let you team up with up to three other friends in order to crack the puzzle and get on your path towards the treasure. There are 15 fiendish puzzles to solve! The quest will end on the 21th of March at 1:00 AM PST. These riddles will be placed both online and in real-world locations, providing equal opportunities for those that are unable to travel. Runner-up prizes are also up for grabs, which include limited edition £300 (over $400) Sea of Thieves golden "doubloons".

The fastest and most accurate answers submitted will be put through to the grand final which will take place on 22 and 23 March (timezone dependent) and will award the golden bananas to one lucky crew. If you don't have the time to actually go there and solve the riddle, the developers will also release them in some digital form.
