The incident happened so close to the Polk-Hillsborough County line that Polk deputies were one of the first on scene.
Deputies did not release the identities of the wounded men or the person who shot Bliss.

"There had been an ongoing dispute over being on this property for the last several weeks", Lusczynski said.
The relative who shot Bliss is reportedly cooperating with authorities.

At some point, authorities say, Bliss took out a firearm and shot both men. Officials say Bliss was dead when deputies arrived and the other men were hospitalized, one in critical condition and the other in stable condition. Deputies are investigating whether or not criminal charges will follow. The Sheriffs Office gave their ages as 44 and 45.
