People present at the spot recorded the incident on video and once the video went viral on social media, top cops of the district came under pressure to take action against the accused policemen. The cops were reportedly anxious that the blood of the critically wounded kids would soil their vehicle. In the meantime, the locals informed the police who reached the spot in a Dial 100 in Toyota Innova vehicle.

In a video that has come into light shows two teenage boys - Arpit Khurana and Sunny - both 17, lying motionless on the road after an accident; its horrific to see them in such a state, but what makes it worse is the presence of cops with no intention to help.
The video shows a young man crying and pleading with the policemen to help them. On arrival at a hospital, the boys were declared "brought dead" by the doctors.

According to DIG, Saharanpur range, Sunil Emannuel, after the suspension of the three cops, a departmental probe was also ordered into their alleged inhuman behaviour. The cops instead told the locals to hire a tempo and take the victims to the hospitals. People kept on requesting cops but they did not budge an inch. "The concerned policemen were suspended immediately", Prabal Pratap Singh, additional SP City Saharanpur said, as per ANI.
